At Maelle India, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help with a fair and transparent return and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or email confirmation) must be provided.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.

2. Return Timeframe

  • Customers must initiate a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery
  • Once approved, the product must be shipped back within the timeframe communicated by our support team

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected for eligibility
  • If approved, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory for any claim related to a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product.
  • The unboxing video should clearly show the sealed package, shipping label/order details, and the product while opening the package.

  1. Your Order ID
  2. Reason for the return/refund
  3. Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
  4. Complete unboxing video as proof

Important: Refunds or replacements for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products will be processed only after verification of the submitted unboxing video and other required evidence. If the required video proof is not provided, Maelle India reserves the right to reject the refund or replacement request.

After successful verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable, at no additional cost to the customer.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or altered
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale (if marked non-returnable)
  • Personal care or hygiene-related products (if applicable)
  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will bear the return shipping cost
  • For all other returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process
